"Billing issue fixed without hassle"
I had a billing/account issue with LanguageTool and, umm, I was a little annoyed at first because I wasn’t sure what had happened.

I reached out to support, and they got back to me quickly. They explained the situation clearly and fixed the charge without turning it into a whole back-and-forth.

It was a painless experience in the end. Nice to deal with a support team that doesn’t make account or billing stuff more frustrating than it needs to be.

"Really handy to have on my phone"
This app has been really useful for quick typing on my phone. It catches my typos right away and just makes things easier without any fuss.

"Actually catches my grammar mistakes well"
I’ve been using it here and there, mostly when I’m writing emails or random notes during the day, and it’s been accurate for me. It catches my grammar mistakes well without making things feel too complicated.

"Really helps me get the tone right"
I use languagetool.org almost every day now, especially when I’m trying to make sure a message doesn’t come across as too harsh or awkward. The tone detection is helpful for those moments when I’m second-guessing how something sounds. It’s simple to use, and it catches little things I would’ve missed. Definitely a “nice to have” tool that’s become part of my routine.

"Premium catches the little things I miss"
I’ve been using Premium for my writing, and it feels like having that one friend who’s great with grammar look things over before I send them. The rewrites are smoother, and it catches commas and little mistakes I usually miss, so it’s been worth it for me

"Took me a while to get the hang of it"
I really wanted to like this more, but my experience with the site has been kind of mixed. Some of the suggestions were genuinely helpful, and I did catch a few things I would’ve missed otherwise. But actually using it felt more confusing than I expected. I had to click around a lot just to find certain settings, and sometimes I wasn’t sure why something was being marked as wrong. It does work, but for me it wasn’t as simple or straightforward as I hoped it would be.

"Not the best if you switch between languages"
I’ve been using it for both English and Spanish, the results are kind of hit or miss. It actually catches some things fine, but then misses simple mistakes too. Switching between languages can also feel a little clunky sometimes. I just expected it to work a bit better overall

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I waited several days for a reply from support, and when they finally responded, it wasn’t very helpful. Kind of frustrating when you’re just trying to get an issue sorted out. Has anyone else had the same problem with slow support?

"Helps when my brain is completely fried"
I mostly use languagetool for spelling, and it’s been really solid. When I’m mentally drained, I miss the dumbest little typos, especially in longer emails or posts, and it catches them without making a big fuss. I also like that it doesn’t randomly try to rewrite everything or change words that are already fine. It’s just simple, helpful, and makes writing feel a little less exhausting.

"Makes my writing way clearer"
I use this before sending emails, and it really helps. It catches those weird, weird little phrases I don’t always notice, and my sentences come out much clearer now.

"Helpful, but I’m a little less trusting now"
I’m on the free plan, and for the most part it still does a decent job catching spelling and grammar mistakes. For quick emails or short bits of writing, it’s useful. That said, it’s not perfect, and I’ve had enough odd suggestions where I don’t fully trust it the way I used to. I still use it, especially since it’s free, but I definitely double-check things more now

"Pretty useful in Google Docs"
I’ve been using LanguageTool in Google Docs for a few weeks now, and it’s been helpful. It catches little things I tend to miss, like extra commas, repeated words, or small grammar slips. I was mostly worried it might slow my docs down, but it really hasn’t been an issue.

It does suggest changes I don’t always agree with, but that’s easy to ignore. For emails, work notes, and anything I want to look a bit more polished, it definitely helps me avoid careless mistakes. Super easy to use and worth keeping on.

"Private enough that I’d keep using it"
Bottom line, I feel comfortable writing in it. I haven’t had any weird privacy or data concerns so far, and that makes it easier for me to just focus on what I’m typing instead of worrying about where my text is going.

"Decent for writing, but something feels a bit off"
I’ve been using the desktop app for basic writing, it gets the job done. The suggestions can be helpful when they actually pop up, but the app feels kind of sluggish at times. It also seems to miss some simple things I’d expect it to catch. My gut feeling is that it’s a solid tool underneath, but it just doesn’t feel as smooth or polished as it should yet...

"Helpful, but I’d think twice before paying"
I’ve used it mostly for quick grammar checks, and it does the job well. The free version is decent for everyday stuff, but the premium plan feels a bit expensive for how often I’d actually use it. I’m usually careful about signing up for paid tools unless I know I’ll get a lot of value out of them, so for me it’s hard to say the upgrade is worth it. Good tool overall, just not an automatic buy

"I’ve been using it mostly for quick work..."
I’ve been using it mostly for quick work messages and it does a good job, gets the meaning right most of the time. It’s not perfect every single time but yeah, way better than I expected

"Helpful without getting in the way"
I’ve been liking it so far. I mostly wanted something to catch the little typos I miss, because it’s easy to overlook them when I’m moving fast. It does a good job with that, and the false alarms haven’t been a big deal. When it flags something that’s actually fine, I can usually tell right away and just ignore it, so it doesn’t really slow me down

"Pretty good, but it misses a few things"
Overall, it works well, but I did notice it still misses some obvious mistakes here and there. Little things like simple typos or wording issues slipped through a couple of times, which was a bit surprising

"Helpful for fixing my commas without spending much"
I’ve always been a little unsure about where commas should go, so the punctuation tips were actually really helpful. I’m careful about what I spend money on, but this felt worth it for the small grammar fixes alone.
